Bandit Software was founded in 2009 by Chris Hefley, Stephen Franklin, and Daniel Norton. We build software that enables people to work better together. Chris earned a degree in Computer Science from MTSU and went on to become a leader in the .Net developer and Agile developer communities in Nashville, holding positions as Lead Developer for HCA Supply Chain and Development Process Architect at IMI Health. He’s also a recognized thought leader in the global Lean/Kanban community and was a nominee for the Lean Software & Systems Consortium’s “Brickell Key” award in 2011. Linked In
Stephen Franklin, CTO and co-Founder
After earning degrees in Building Science and Information Systems from Auburn University, Stephen has spent his career leading development teams as a Domain Architect at Healthtrust Purchasing Group and Chief Software Architect at eDoc4u. Stephen’s 15 years of experience in this area include leading many successful projects with international and outsourced development teams. Linked In
Jon Terry, COO
After time in the Army and as a newspaper reporter, Jon held a number of senior IT positions with hospital-giant HCA and its subsidiary HealthTrust Purchasing Group. He was a key leader in HCA’s widespread adoption of Lean/Agile methods. Jon earned his Global Executive MBA from Georgetown University and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Linked In
Daniel Norton, Director of Mobile Development and co-Founder

Daniel graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management after which he began working as a software development and Microsoft certifications instructor. He then worked as a software development consultant in Atlanta, Chicago, and Kansas City before returning to Nashville to take a position at HCA. Daniel served there for 6 years, finishing as consulting application engineer for HealthTrust Purchasing Group. Daniel is an extremely talented iOS developer and frequent conference presenter. He has also acted as an advisor on iOS technology to Microsoft. Linked In
